The filter replacement cycle is 5,000 litres or 12 months, whichever comes first. Your filter life indicator helps you keep track.
Does Glacier come with a warranty?
Your warranty depends on the package selected above. Our team can explain the coverage and help you choose a suitable option.
What is the difference between alkaline and non-alkaline filtration?
Both options filter your water. The alkaline option also adds minerals. Choose the option you prefer when configuring your Glacier.
Is installation included?
Delivery and installation are included. Our team will confirm your installation requirements and appointment after purchase.
Can I pay in installments?
Available payment and installment options are shown at checkout. Contact our team if you would like help choosing a payment option.
Will Glacier fit on my kitchen counter?
Glacier measures 450 mm high, 194 mm wide and 430 mm deep. Please allow suitable access for installation and ventilation. Our team can help you check your space.
